Nestory never copies your photos — it references them directly from your device's photo library. If a photo no longer appears in a memory, either it was deleted from your gallery, or Nestory's Photos permission was turned off in your device Settings. Re-enabling the permission restores access to any photos still in your library.
On iOS, memories back up automatically to your own iCloud account (your app's private iCloud container) once you're signed into iCloud on your device — there's no separate sign-in inside Nestory. If backup isn't happening, check that iCloud Drive is enabled for your device and that you have available iCloud storage.
On Android, cloud backup is not available yet; memories currently stay on-device only.
Not currently. iOS and Android use separate, unrelated cloud ecosystems (iCloud and Google Drive), and Nestory does not bridge them.
Delete individual memories from within the app. Uninstalling the app removes all local data from your device; your iCloud backup, if any, can be managed or removed from your device's iCloud storage settings, since it lives in your own account.
